The user list can be sorted by column content. To do this, click on the column heading to be sorted, a small triangle pointing upwards indicates that the list is sorted in ascending order. By clicking on the same column heading again, the list is sorted in descending order, which in turn is countersigned with a triangle pointing downwards .
Search users
By entering all or part of the first, last or user name in the search field and then clicking on the button, the user listis filtered accordingly.
To cancel the filtering, click on the button .
Create new user
To create a new user click on New.
Enter the user's first name in .
Enter the user's last name in .
Enter the username this is the name that must be entered by the user in the login screen.
If the user should have administrator rights in the pedoffice, the checkboxmust be activated.
Enter the password this is the password that must be entered by the user on the login screen in and .
Then click Save .
Change user
To change a user select the user to be changed from the user list. You can also search the user beforehand.
Now make the desired changes in the - fields.
If desired, enter a new password in field and repeat the entry in field .
Then click onSave.
Delete user
Please note that only administrators can delete users.
It is also not recommended to delete the Administrator user.
To delete a user, highlight the user to be deleted in the user list .
You can also search the user beforehand.
Make sure you have selected the correct user and then click Delete.
Confirm the deletion of the user by clicking on YES.
Clicking No aborts the deletion process.
