3. User

The users of the pedoffice can be managed here.

The user list can be sorted by column content. To do this, click on the column heading to be sorted, a small triangle pointing upwards indicates that the list is sorted in ascending order. By clicking on the same column heading again, the list is sorted in descending order, which in turn is countersigned with a triangle pointing downwards .

Search users

By entering all or part of the first, last or user name in the search field 01and then clicking on the button✔, the user listroter Rahmenis filtered accordingly.

To cancel the filtering, click on the button ✘.

Create new user

  1. To create a new user click on NeuNew.
  2. Enter the user's first name in 02.
  3. Enter the user's last name in 03.
  4. Enter the username 04this is the name that must be entered by the user in the login screen.
  5. If the user should have administrator rights in the pedoffice, the checkbox05must be activated.
  6. Enter the password this is the password that must be entered by the user on the login screen in 06and 07.
  7. Then click SpeichernSave .

Change user

  1. To change a user select the user to be changed from the user listroter Rahmen. You can also search the user beforehand.
  2. Now make the desired changes in the 02- 05fields.
    If desired, enter a new password in field 06and repeat the entry in field 07.
  3. Then click onSpeichernSave.

Delete user

Please note that only administrators can delete users.

It is also not recommended to delete the Administrator user.

  1. To delete a user, highlight the user to be deleted in the user list roter Rahmen.
    You can also search the user beforehand.
  2. Make sure you have selected the correct user and then click LöschenDelete.
  3. Confirm the deletion of the user by clicking on YES.
    Clicking No aborts the deletion process.
